Here at St Paul's Academy, we operate a 3 year Key Stage 4. Curriculum information is available by clicking the links on the right which will provide you with further information about subjects, exam boards etc. 

Lessons are longer than they were at Saint Paul's School. 70 minute lessons have many distinct benefits for students:

 

The Academy is open to students before 8am and students have the opportunity to complete unfinished work, print off assignments they have completed at home or they can just sit down and catch up with the events of last evening with their friends.

 

Careers Information, Advice and Guidance

We have a fully qualified, impartial Careers Adviser with 25 years experience linked to St Paul’s Academy, Mrs Vicki Banbrook. She is employed by the careers company Prospects Careers – Greenwich and has been linked to the Academy since 2008 and is available in school most Thursdays and Fridays.

Key Stage 4

Curriculum Information

Here at St Paul's Academy, we operate a three year Key Stage 4 so our students will embark on their GCSE courses in Year 9.

Key Stage 3 - Year 7 and 8

Pupils study the following subjects: English, Mathematics, Science, Religious Studies, PE, MFL, History, Geography

In order to ensure that all students have the experience of studying the creative subjects, we operate a carousel system for the following:

  • Art and Design
  • Food and Nutrition
  • Music
  • Dance
  • Drama
  • Resistant Materials
  • Textiles
  • ICT/Computer Science

Key Stage 4 - Year 9, 10 and 11

Pupils study the following core subjects: English, Mathematics, Science, Religious Studies, Core PE, ICT/Computer Science

In the Spring term of Year 8, students will make option choices from the list below.
