Attendance
Attendance is always a high priority at St Paul’s Academy. For the vast majority of our students, both their attendance and punctuality has been excellent during the Autumn Term and as a school we want this to continue throughout the academic year and beyond. We would like to remind students and their families of the importance of strong attendance and punctuality to school, as this is an important factor in promoting positive wellbeing as well as academic progress. Excellent attendance to school enables students to:
- access teaching and learning achieve their expected grades
- maintain and develop friendships
- take part in extra-curricular activities
- explore potential careers
- develop positive study and work habits, which are essential to thrive in the world of employment
