Year 9 Yoga


Year 9 students were given the opportunity during form time on Wednesday to participate in a Yoga session to promote Health and Wellbeing. The idea is to reduce stress of entering the GCSEs qualifications - including exams and revision - and adopt techniques that can promote mindfulness in times of anxiety. The students are aiming to continue participation in a six week course from January, adopting the skills and techniques they embraced today.
